Domestic terrorism vs. Nationalist terrorism

The terrorism can be divided in a lot of parts. But the man problems which are going to be explained are the domestic and nationalist terrorism.
The domestic terrorism is defined in the dictionary as terrorism practiced in your own country against your own people. And the nationalist terrorism which is related to a national, ethnic, religious or other identical group.
The differences between the domestic and nationalist terrorism can be related to the reaction of people. For example domestic terrorism is against the ethnic, religious, political and other arguments that people may have in their society and the nationalist terrorism is move independent on their interests.
Some similarities of the domestic and nationalist terrorism can be the act of violence, search an incorrect form of liberty and the disrespect of the people. The principal similarity is the violence because in both cases we can find attacks, murder, and kidnapping and take private territories. Another is that people don’t respect the opinion, costumes and believes of others. Example the nationalist terrorism considers themselves as freedom fighters. Also the terrorism only think in their own opinions and for this reason don’t think in the consequences that can occur in other life.
At the end it’s important to enhance some aspects in the society. The first can be improving the education giving opportunities of expression and opinions liberty. Also try to teach to the society the real meaning of unity and tolerance.

Process of peace

Peace is the most important thing in the world, peace mean: love, friendship, home, good attitude and others daily activities. “Peace building consists of a wide range of activities associated with capacity building, reconciliation, and societal transformation.” (Maiese, 2009)

Peace building is an important success in the actual society, because many acts like: wars, money and ethnic problems have transformed the environment in troubles and sadness. The principal act of all the problems: wars, the different wars that exist in the entire world are the primary responsibility of all this problems, these kinds of struggles produce poverty, problems between sister’s nations, intolerance and hatred. With the wars began the economic problems which affect the poorest nations and began too the ethnic problems, discrimation and murder.

The principal consequences of the peace building are: more good relationship between many countries, this excellent relationship helps the support between their among its inhabitants, tolerance for to respect the several likes and customs, fair distribution of wealth. “Peace building measures also aim to prevent conflict from reemerging.” (Maiese, 2009) This is an important consequence, prevent is a good way to stop the injustice and the bad behavior. Every good act that people do for to stop wars and build the peace is a big way to preserve the world.

Building peace is an activity that began in the home, don’t fight with our parents, sisters or brothers, began at school helping our classmates, began fight affair of injustice. Building the ideal world for to have the possible world.

Ethnic conflict

The ethnic conflicts are the entire disagreements between the different cultural groups. The society has distinct customs and religions that it can be the principal cause of a conflict. Some sociologists and political scientists debate about the differences between the ethnic groups. At the same time they analyze the consequences in labor and academic aspects. In relation with the movie crash we can see the effect of ethnic conflict in the American society because of the cultures or religions.
The ethnic conflict can be influenced by the acceptance of different cultures and costumes. For example, the Persian culture is treated like terrorists and dangerous people because of their appearance which is similar to Muslims. Another ethnic group can be the Afro-American which are involved in a discriminatory environment. For that reason, they felt threatened. This fact produces violence and disrespect. A lot of people judge what others do just because of their characteristics or behavior. In some countries the fact that someone belongs to one culture which is different or unusual is a cause for repress their emotions and culture.
Another cause of ethnic conflict is the religion because it can be the limit of what the society is going to believe. The first action of the people when they see something new is denied the new activity or in this case the new religion. The answer for a change it is going to be the rejection of the new religious beliefs. That’s why some religions close their minds and reject the fact that other people with different thoughts can fit in their community. The religion is a common cause in the society to make the people felt discriminated and became in an excluded group of the society.
The consequences of belong to a culture or religion can be positive or negative to each person. When a group of people have unusual cultures or religions in the civilization they will be treated like strangers. One consequence of this error is to have difficulties to enter to a good university. For example, the Latin-Americans sometimes don’t have the same opportunities to win a scholarship. In the labor field the person who has an accepted religion or culture can get a better job opportunity in a well- known company.
One recommendation is to implement a best cultural education. In that case, it will be easier for people understand the differences between cultures. If we change our thoughts related to other cultures and religion it’s going to be easier to live in a peaceful world.

Globalization of infectious diseases

According to the dictionary , the infectious diseases are “Deviation from the normal structure or function of any body part, organ, or system that is manifested by a characteristic set of symptoms and signs.” The infectious diseases are produced by the globalization which is the entire cultural, technologic and postmodern phenomenon that the society confronts. These events promote the worldwide competition between marketing, economies, personal abilities and technology. The fact of the globalization begins around 1492 with the colonization and in the 90’s becomes famous with advertising and internet which was the most important tool of communication.
Globalization of infectious diseases are influenced by marketing, economies, personal abilities and technology. In marketing, the sales need to increase every day with innovated, cheaper and excellent quality products. In this case, this activity promotes a dynamic economy where it is possible to see an increase or a decrease in the market extension. For that reason, it is essential to have different abilities (interpersonal and intrapersonal) developed. For example, leadership, good relationships, emotional intelligence, creativity, to work under pressure and learn different languages. In fact the technology will be a promoter of change because nowadays is the principal instrument used in diverse areas. For example, if a person on a organization get infected by a danger illness in some other country and as a consequence he or she infects the family and work partners the company will be affected and the sales are going to came down. The infectious diseases can be a social instability in multiple fields.
The transmissions of infectious diseases are the population growth, poor health education, global wars. One of the principal problems is the population growth because this event produces an increase of basic needs. If the necessities rise, people don’t have the enough money to cover a good education. For that reason, the poor health education appears and as a consequence is easier that the illnesses spread around the world. Especially if this situation happens in countries in difficult circumstances as wars. The entire social troubles produce uncontrolled infectious diseases. CONCLUDNG SENTENCES
Some examples of infectious diseases are HIV, dengue, asthma and swine flu. The countries with the highest number of cases Of Aids were Africa, the Caribbean and Asia. First it was related only with homosexuals but later the percentage of heterosexual people with this disease enhances every day. In the case of dengue it transmits with an intermediary agent. The place more affected with this disease is the Caribbean. Asthma is one of the most dangerous respiratory problems because people have repetitive drowning. And, last but no least, the swine flu is transmitted with a intermediary agent as well but this agent has direct contact with pigs and domestic fowl and at the end this people spread the virus to others. Those are the most common infections in the society.
It’s important to be careful with infectious diseases because the people can prevent the spread of the illnesses. The information in different communication media is helpful to stop this phenomenon. If the globalization promote widen of infectious diseases it can transmit the necessary information to avoid the problem.

Away from home

When people go to live in other countries at the beginning is very sudden change, food, people, especially in the general environment is quite different.
Many people migrate to other places looking for opportunities for advancement for themselves and their families, but especially at the beginning is not easy. Immigrants often are rejected only by physical appearance or stereotypes, do not give a person the opportunity to know or what their customs.
The life of an immigrant is hard, first is in a foreign country, often goes alone, leaving his friends and family, but then if it is working and responsible can achieve their ideals and so ensure a better future for himself and his family.
The different countries have many immigrants of different places, for example: United State has immigrants of Cuba, Puerto Rico, Mexico and others places, this act have many repercussion in education, health, society, and marketing.
The education need be more cultural, because have new cultures and more people that need learn, the most important barrier is the language. The most immigrants have Spanish language and need learn very soon the English for understand the new environment
The health, when many people begin a new life in other country their health could be affected so they will need social security, some places have social security free but others have very expensive social security, and some immigrants can’t pay for it. The country will pay some social security and can’t be possible.
Immigrating to another country if you bring with it many sacrifices but also bring the opportunity for a better tomorrow, maybe someone who had a dollar in your wallet will be able to make him $ 100. People are migrating to other countries especially the insecurity prevailing in society; many Central Americans migrate to our country because they believe that peace is a country where crime is more controlled.

The Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction

The Weapons of Mass Destruction are all kind of arms, which can kill many people in an instant. “This kind of arms can destroy structures like big buildings (Twin Towers), natural structures (valley) and biosphere in general. The human have been able to create several weapons for example: biological, nuclear, chemical and radiological.”(J,Smith)
One of the most important reasons to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction is the globalization, because the globalization promotes the excesses of material things, people want to have more and more. This produce wars, these wars require powerful arms able to kill people. For example United States, is a major producer of weapons and one of the most globalized countries in the world them have many wars with countries like Iraq. This argument shows the importance of the globalization to increase the weapons production.
Globalized countries want to have money, a lot money, the creation of weapons is an excellent business for increase their capital, but they need costumers so their competitive strategic is create new wars, powerful wars that need powerful arms for win.
The proliferation of such weapons has brought severe consequences for humans, more aggressive behaviors, destruction of environment, increased economic and social gap between countries in the first and third worlds.
If we don’t make something to stop this production, the world can disappear, won’t have society. People will disappear. Our world will be only a legend

Supply Chain

The term “supply chain” refers to a group of processes, people and resources in a company, that have the responsibility of controlling all activities from the supplier to the necessities of the customers. All these activities made on a supply chain need to be made carefully, because it will make possible the growth of the company in the commercial and industrial area.
The last week, I attended to a presentation about that chain supply was very important. The speaker told about the different processes that are realized in a supply chain and the most important for me, was the logistic process.
The logistic processes are in charge of monitoring that the product is finally sent to the costumer.
This activity was excellent; all people who could take this exposure learned so much about supply chains; I hope to attend to other activities in the future about topics like this.

Global Warming

The global warming is a temperature phenomenon that increases the atmosphere, earth and oceans’ temperature. This aspect has become worst during the last decades, especially during the 20th century (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_warming, 2005). There are different causes and consequences; some of them propitiated by us and some other by the nature.
Many people think the global warming is only the result of human activities, but this is not a true. For example, the solar variation and greenhouse gases are the most important natural aspects of global warming because they produce temperature changes, resulting in heat increasing during summer and extreme coldness during winter.
We can also say that human responsibility has had a more impacting effect, because our negligent acts have increased the occurrence of this phenomenon and people have other tools to stop the increasing of temperatures and do not use these tools; for example, people produce more and more garbage and do not recycle, which is a good tool to stop the increase of global warming.
Some important effects regarding global warming are for example: many people dying because of extreme temperatures, many children with breathing problems (asthma), animal species extinction (golden toads) among others.
If we become aware of this problem and take actions, we will be able live many more years enjoying our nature and a healthy world.
